Deliveries

When
From the time you have placed your order it takes approximately 3/5 weeks for delivery, unless the item is in stock. If your purchase is in stock the approx delivery time is 5/7 days.

You will be notified by telephone approximately 3 – 4 days before your furniture is going to be delivered. We will only be able to provide you with an AM or PM time of arrival. It is not possible to give you an exact time.

Collection
If you prefer to collect your furniture you can do so by picking it up direct from Oakvale Pine, Pontyclun. However, due to limited warehouse space we do ask that you collect your furniture within 7 days of receving notification that your furniture is now available for collection.

Delivery
Cost of delivery depends on your location. For postcodes within the Cardiff (CF) area delivery is £25, Newport (NP) area is £35 and Swansea (SA) area delivery is £40.

For postcodes outside these areas please telephone us for a quotation.
Your furniture will wherever possible be placed in the room of your choice. However, where access is limited, or decoration or goods are in danger of being damaged the furniture will be placed in an alternative area.

Oakvale Pine regrets we are unable to dispose of any packaging your furniture may be delivered in. However,all local authorities provide recycling facilities for such items.

Wardrobes
If for any of the above reasons we cannot place your wardrobes where you require, these items are easily taken apart and reassembled. We do offer this service for a fee of £35 per item. However, prior notification MUST be made before delivery to unable us to provide this service the same day as your furniture is delivered.

Payment
For payments with VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD or VISA CREDIT please arrange to settle your balance with Oakvale Pine at least one day prior to delivery of goods, as the delivery crew have no facilities to accept card payments.

Returns

If purchased via our website and you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return it for a refund or replacement. If the goods were delivered by our or another courier service, please email us at [email protected] or ring us on 01443 238050 to discuss return options. Please advise us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Regrettably, self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is faulty.
Divans and mattresses are not returnable once unwrapped, unless they are faulty. This is for reasons of health and hygiene. Your statutory rights are not affected.
